  You need to find these cells you want to pump the medicals into. And then need to decide what medicals are. An this region might be in the middle of something important. So not so easy.
  
  But there are projects which involve injecting a drug inside a little bubble that circulates around the body and then using a ultrasound device to burst the bubbles when they are in the region of the tumour.
