If you mean having had a physical injury, like a broken leg or something like that in the past? No, these things are not associated with an increased risk of cancer. By this, I mean an injury which then heals is something that doesn’t lead to long term inflammation or stress, and so there isn’t an increased risk of cancer.
If you mean trauma such as a stressful life event, this is also not associated with cancer.
