That’s a tough one! At the moment, I tend to go for a chow mein or pork in Cantonese sauce with rice. Sometimes I’ll go for tofu in a satay sauce with rice if I fancy a change.

Any kind of noodles, tofu, mushroom sauce? I did my medical elective in Malaysia, which has a mix of many international influences including chinese. So I got to eat a lot of delicious chinese food there, even though I can’t now remember what most of it was called!
