For any GCSE exams, I’d say find how you revise best. Some people like writing things, some like recording themselves and listening back (like a revision podcast) and some people do other things. Try some different methods of revising and see what works for you.

Other than that, your teacher will be able to help you a lot! Ask them or your classmates questions if you don’t understand something and I’m sure you’ll be fine. Good luck with your exams!

Figure out how you learn best – visual, audio, writing, reading etc. And do all the past papers, and then mark them yourself so you know what answers they’re expecting. Good luck!

I sat double science rather than stand alone physics, but I think the principles are the same for all exams – understand what you’re supposed to know (‘the edges of it’) so you know what you need to work through, and try and be organised about working through it.

Beyond the excellent suggestions below, I’m also a big fan of mixing individual revision with revising with friends! You can try all kinds of ways of doing this – share particular topics around and take it in turns to teach each other something about a topic (sometimes it helps to hear it from someone else, their own take on it!), doing practice questions together, etc. Just mixes it up a bit and makes revision less lonely!
