If I have the time, I like to cook something like veggie lasagne. If I have less time, I like to make a quick pasta dish with cheese and mushrooms. Doing hospital shift work makes you good at cooking quick meals!

Difficult question as I love to cook. I find it quite similar to doing experiments in the lab. You follow some instructions and… voila! My kids say I do a lovely rice salad! But I am most fond of baking nice cakes!

I love baking, following the recipe is like following a protocol in the lab but with a tasty treat at the end.
