      Usually about 7.30am. I get ready for the day, and am in the car off to work by about 8am.

      I use to wake up at 8:30 am to go to work. But everything changed when I had kids. Now it is usually 7-7:30 🙁

      I am really not a morning person, I normally get up around 10:00 and start work at about 10:30-11:00
